Trying out the flower press today!!!

We can hardly wait, all that work, now we get to find leaves and flowers, today will be a hunting nature day.

Did you notice the rubberbands on both sides of the press?

That will help press everything down and insure that the moisture will come out of the flowers as well as keeping everything in place. Don't forget these! =)

Pito decided that he would like to decorate his leaf ad flowers press, so we pulled out the sticker box and got to work. NOW it is pretty and functional. Again, using scraps around the house, our total is still $3.00.

I like a good handy yet cost effective craft.
